Uncut collects two types of information about you: Personally Identifiable Information, and Non-Personally Identifiable Information.

Personally identifiable Information: This includes information that can identify a specific user. Certain actions on your part result in the creation and storing of such personally identifiable information. For example, when you register to create an account, or when you follow a merchant, create or share a Find or an Offer with other users, or when you purchase an Offer, your actions can result in the creation or request for personally identifiable information. Some of the personally identifiable information may be mandatory and some may not be mandatory. If you choose not to provide us the mandatory information requested, certain features of the Uncut Services may not be available to you.

We may also request you to provide us personally identifiable information about other users, such as for example, email addresses of your friends, in order to invite them to use the Uncut Services, or to send them a gift that you may have purchased for them through the Uncut Services. In such cases, Uncut will use such information one time, to communicate with these other uses about an invitation to the Services or about the availability of a gift, and to track the performance of such communications.

You or other users whose information you referred to us, may contact us by email or at the mailing address below, to request us to remove any personally identifiable information.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information: This includes information that does not specifically identify a user. Examples of such information include geo-location of a browser or application or device that is used to access our Services, URLs visited prior to visits to our website, or URLs visited after visits to our website, device types, browser types, IP addresses or device specific identifiers. Uncut uses such non-personally identifiable information to gather demographic data, to analyze and understand trends and behavioral patterns, to measure and understand the effectiveness of any aspects of our Services, to troubleshoot our Services, and to comply with any applicable law.

Sharing information with participating merchants
For some of our Services, Uncut in partnership with merchants creates offers for products and services that you can purchase. During a purchase transaction, a participating merchant might request some of your personally identifiable information. A merchant may use that information to market directly to you, and Uncut disclaims any responsibility or liability for such actions of a merchant.

Sharing information with authorized partners
In order to provide our Services, we may need to share some of your personally identifiable information with our partners and providers. Examples of such partners or providers include credit card providers and banks who need to process your credit card payments, or providers who host some parts of our website or other services, or providers who host or provide email services required to deliver messages and notifications to you.

Examples of such information collected by us or our partners may include demographic information provided in aggregate, which does not include any personally identifiable information, or tracking information collected in order to understand usage and other statistical trends. During your use of the Uncut Services, you will receive email and other communications from us. Some of these communications are administrative in nature, such as for example, welcome emails, tutorials, product updates, or your account details. We restrict access to personal information to Uncut employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Services. These entities are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.

Public Information: There are some features on our website and Services where you can post information that will be publicly available to other users. These include for example, deals found by you that you share with other users, or reviews about a business or deal that you wish to share with other users. In such cases, we have no control over your submission of any personal information, that may cause others to publicly read, store and use that information. We urge you to exercise caution when posting any personal information on our publicly available features.

Children: Our Terms of use clearly state that you must be 18 years or older in order to use our Services. Uncut does not knowingly collect information about those who are under 18 years of age, and our website and Services are not designed to attract those who are under 18 years of age.

Sharing information with other Services: Uncut requires you to register with a unique username and password, in order to access our Services. For some features, Uncut gives you the option to login to accounts you may have with other services, such as FaceBook and Twitter, to share information with friends or other users, to invite others to use the Uncut Services, and to update your Uncut profile with information from these other services, about you, your friends or other users. In such cases, Uncut will clearly display an option for you to sign into these other services. By using the Uncut Services you agree to permit Uncut to access your personal information from these other services, and you also agree to the terms of use of those services.

Third Party Services: This Privacy Policy applies only to information that we collect from you through the Uncut website and Services. Other websites and services, including those of our partners, may have their own privacy policies, and Uncut is not responsible for their policies or practices. If you use any such website or service, we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

Notice to California Residents: Pursuant to applicable laws in the State of California, residents of California have the right to request from a business, with whom the California resident has an established business relationship, certain information with respect to the types of personal information the business shares with third parties for direct marketing purposes by such third party and the identities of the third parties with whom the business has shared such information. To obtain any such information, please send you request to the address displayed below, and include your name, address, email address and details about any personally identifiable information that you do not want us to share with other parties. We will respond to your request within 30 days of your making the request, and there will be no charge to you for your request, or for any control of sharing of your personally identifiable information.
